Residential Developments

We have worked on many of the major housing developments in the Drogheda and Dublin area in recent years, including Deepforde (Dublin Road), Five Oaks (Dublin Road) and Knightwood (Matthews Lane, Drogheda).

One-off Housing

DRC have been involved with dozens of one-off housing projects. Planning, Tender and Construction drawings were all prepared by ourselves. On site inspections, liaising with the relevant lending institutions and regular meetings with the Client and Contractor was all part of our service.

Commercial

Some of the Commercial developments we have been involved in include Wogans Build Centre Retail and Warehousing, Dixons International Transport Head Office and the Medical Centre, Ardmell (Drogheda).

Institutional

DR Consultants have been involved with several Nursing Homes over the part 10yrs. Our more recent involvements include Planning Extensions and Fire Certificate applications on Hamilton Park Nursing home – Balrothery, Civil and Structural consultants for extension to Sunhill Nursing Home – Termondfeckin along with a Planning Application for a proposed 123no. bedroom Nursing home locally in Drogheda.

Schools/Creches

DRC have successfully obtained Planning Permission for Montessori & Sessional Daycare Creches in Rush, Donore and Drogheda to name just a few. We where also appointed lead consultant in the construction of the 5no Classroom stand alone extension to Knockcommon National School, Co. Meath.

We have prepared Fire & DAC applications, tender documents, Department of Education funding applications, Assign Certifier Roles, Project Supervisor Design Phase and construction drawings for each of this projects. We inspected and signed off the developments in compliance with Planning & Current Building Regulations all within their respected budgets and time frames.
